Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through aigain.pro and via the Whop platform from:

We stand behind the quality of our services and digital products. This Policy explains when and how refunds are available, what process to follow, and your rights as a customer under EU and Polish consumer protection law.
2. Product & Service Categories

3. Digital Products (Purchased via Whop)
3.1 General Rule
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
3.2 EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital product purchase within 14 days of the purchase date — provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product.
By accessing or downloading the digital product, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
3.3 Eligible Refund Situations
- The product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
- The product contains significant technical errors that render it unusable, and we are unable to provide a fix within 7 business days
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- The purchase was made fraudulently (unauthorized transaction)
3.4 Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after accessing the product
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Lack of technical skill to use the product (we offer support)
- Dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations not supported by our published materials
- Violation of our Terms of Use
4. Subscriptions (Whop)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds for unused days
- Annual subscriptions: If cancelled within 14 days of initial annual purchase and less than 20% of content accessed, a pro-rated refund may be requested
- First-month guarantee: Contact within 7 days of purchase with less than 30% content accessed for a full refund
5. Custom Development Services
- Before work begins: 100% refund of any advance payment
- First 25% of project timeline: Refund of advance payment minus the value of work completed
- After 25% of project timeline: No refund of deposit; unbilled work up to cancellation date may be invoiced
We provide up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional charge for deliverables that do not meet the agreed specification.
6. Consulting & Strategy Sessions
- Cancelled more than 48 hours before: Full refund
- Cancelled 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or option to reschedule
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@avita-pl.pl with subject:
Refund Request – [Order ID or Product Name] - Include: full name, registered email, Order ID, purchase date, product name, reason, and any supporting evidence
- We will acknowledge within 2 business days
- We will respond with a decision within 7 business days
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. EU Consumer Rights
This Policy does not limit your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Polish Consumer Protection Act. For alternative dispute resolution, visit the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
